My name is Mr Naujeer. I have been involved in education for 15 years. I started my career as a teaching assistant and unqualified teacher. I am very proud to be a member of the school’s leadership team. This is my second year as a governor. I am incredibly passionate about governance. To understand the infrastructure and mechanics behind the running of a school is incredibly interesting. Also, as a staff governor I am able to use my experience to help the school continually improve for all of its stake holders.
