Performing Arts Masterclasses!

Our Year 7 and 8 performing arts forms got the opportunity to part take in both music and drama masterclasses.

During the Drama Workshop students were able to develop their improvisation skills and develop their knowledge of a drama practitioner, Stanislavski. Students rehearsed a short script and applied subtext to their dialogue creating a professional performance. The session was taught by a professional actress who has been seen in many tv shows such as, Doctors.

The Year 7 Performing Arts Programme Musicians had an intense Musicianship workshop at Crestwood. Our students covered the Kodaly Method, Orff's Music Method and some Dalcroze Eurhythmics to help develop their musical knowledge.
